In the three years I have been doing Pilates, I have gotten to know and to understand my body and how it responds and opens to the progression of the movements. Through the love, knowledge and care of the instructors, I can take what I’ve learned and do it on my own to keep limber and happy.

New to Pilates? Pilates can be done “on the mat” or with specialized equipment. It can be done in a group setting, on an individual basis, or with a friend (known as a duet). The choice is up to you.
