New to Pilates? Pilates can be done “on the mat” or with specialized equipment. It can be done in a group setting, on an individual basis, or with a friend (known as a duet). The choice is up to you. Several factors will affect your Pilates experience:
- Do you like to exercise best on an individual basis or in a group setting?
- Do you have injuries or issues best addressed on an individual basis or by a physical therapist?
- Are you new to mind-body exercise or do you have previous experience with yoga, martial arts or dance?
- What are your fitness goals?
- What is your budget?

No experience required. Preregistration recommended.
Live Steam Mat Classes
Monday and Wednesday: Virtual Connect and Move 9:30am
Tuesday: Virtual Oov/Good Posture 9:30am

In Studio Reformer Classes
Preregistration/instructor permission required
